2. Quotes and Estimates
- All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Any changes or additional work requested may result in an adjustment to the original quote.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit is required before the commencement of work, with the balance due upon completion.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Clients may cancel or reschedule their painting project with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

- Clients must provide accurate information and specifications for the project.
6. Liability
- Matsquipainting is not liable for any damages or delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
- Our liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
7. Warranty
- We offer a six-month warranty on all painting services provided. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors.
8. Changes to Terms
- Matsquipainting reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of jurisdiction, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Abbotsford for the resolution of any disputes.
