Do you offer a warranty?

We proudly provide a 3-year warranty on both labor and materials for any two-coat job—covering any failures caused by application. Unlike some painters who only pass along the manufacturer’s paint warranty (which covers defects in the paint itself), our guarantee protects the quality of our workmanship. Because in the end, a lasting finish starts with expert application.

Will you match pricing?

No, but we are happy to look over other agreements to help determine if they are going to deliver on what they promise. If we feel someone can do the job better for a lower price and has put it in WRITING, we will say so! Every now and then a painter gets so desperate for work they will cut their rates – although those businesses don’t last long.

Do you offer color consulting?

While we aren’t interior designers, we are happy to offer advice on colors based on our past work and experience.

Can we take on construction projects?

Many times yes, but it will depend on the size of the project. If you are considering hiring a contractor, let’s talk.

How long will it take to get a quote?

We offer ballpark quotes on the phone. We average 58 minutes to respond, but it is usually faster. We will provide written quotes the same day.

Do you repair plaster or drywall?

Yes. This is part of doing the job RIGHT! If additional work on drywall is needed, we can build it in the work.
